Recently in Malaysia, one of our long-term clients decided to add an M10 unmanned surface vessel (USV) to their river surveying equipment.

Our technical team flew to the client's site to provide on-site training and support, guiding the client through the entire workflow.

The training included:

Hardware setup: battery installation, antenna installation, and system status checks

USV deployment and operational configuration

GNSS positioning: connecting the NTRIP server and the local RTK base station

Mission planning, controller familiarization, and USV operation

Safe navigation, obstacle detection, and recovery procedures

Ultimately, the client correctly utilized the entire surveying system and obtained reliable and consistent measurement results.
