On our GNSS data processing software, GEO Data Lab, you can use Precise Ephemeris instead of Broadcast Ephemeris. 

With the help of Precise Ephemeris, the processing of long baselines (more than 100km) will be more precise, the accuracy of Single Point Positioning (PPP) can reach Submeter level.
